Trailers are permitted to be located in the Township of Strong provided that they;

  1. Comply with the Zoning By-law in terms of lot specific zoning, setbacks, and limited accessory structures (ie. storage shed, deck, etc.);
  2. Are licensed by the Township, with only one (1) per property;
  3. Are not occupied between the months of December to April;
  4. Are connected to a septic system, holding tank or have an outhouse and grey water pit;
  5. No dwellings are located on the property.

The By-Law Enforcement Officer is responsible for approving annual permits, including inspections of the site.
