The JBC has new options available on their website; e-transfer payments and online application submission.

The Municipal Zoning Compliance form must be completed by the property owner/agent and returned to the Municipality. The Municipal Zoning Compliance form is part of the building application process and must be submitted to the JBC once reviewed by the Municipality in order to be deemed a complete application. 

The JBC Office remains closed for public access, please call or email to communicate with JBC staff.
If it is necessary to speak to the JBC staff in person, please make an appointment. A drop box area outside the JBC office door is accessible during normal office hours for customers. 

The JBC is located at 28 Municipal Lane, Sundridge and is a separate office located within the Strong Township Municipal building. Documents are not permitted to be given to Strong Township staff.
