Road Emergencies

Strong Residents if you have any after hours roads emergency please call 705-840-0360. Make sure you leave a detailed message, with the road(s) location, along with your contact information. The after hours phone is regularly monitored and a call back to customers can be performed, once the emergency has been assigned to public works staff.

Fire Rating

April 01, 2025

Please be advised that the fire rating changes from April 1st until October 31st. A fire permit is required and there is NO daytime burning permitted!

Small campfires for cooking and warmth do not require a permit within the Township of Strong, however the person responsible must follow all burning regulations.
